If you have subscribed for our HourDiary service, your monthly subscription payment is processed by Stripe, a third party payment processor, who specialises in the secure online capture and processing of credit/debit card transactions. JPY is committed to ensuring that your personal data is kept safe and secure.

JPY uses top tier, third party data hosting providers (Amazon Web Services (AWS)). These facilities are physically located in London and the Republic of Ireland.

WHAT ARE YOUR RIGHTS?

You have the right to ask us not to use your personal data for marketing purposes. We will inform you (before collecting your data) if we intend to use your data for such purposes or if we intend to disclose your information to any third party for such purposes. You can exercise your right to prevent such processing by checking certain boxes on the forms we use to collect your data.
